Accessibility Statement
This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of Cheap Energy Finland Oy, cheapenergy.fi, and the Minun Sivut customer portal. This Accessibility Statement was prepared on 16 June 2025.
The service is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires public online services to be accessible.
The accessibility of the service has been assessed by an external expert organization.
This website meets most of the requirements set out in the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019). However, the website has some accessibility deficiencies, which are described below.
Identified deficiencies:
- Contrast issues in buttons and text
The contrast ratio of some buttons and text does not meet the requirements of the WCAG 2.1 standard, especially when bright colors such as yellow or red are combined with a white background. This may make content more difficult to perceive, particularly for users with visual impairments or in bright lighting conditions.
