TERMS OF USE FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES

These Terms of Use apply to the electronic services provided by Cheap Energy Finland Oy, such as its website, customer portal, and other digital services. By using these services, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.

Use of the services

The services are intended for Cheap Energy’s customers and other users. The services may only be used for acceptable and lawful purposes. Use of the services for commercial purposes or for the benefit of a third party without Cheap Energy’s prior permission is not permitted.

User obligations

The user undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• Ensure that the service is not used for unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing activities.
• Keep any login credentials confidential and change their password without delay, or immediately notify Cheap Energy if there is reason to suspect that the account has been subject to unauthorised use.
• Be responsible for all use carried out with their login credentials, as well as for any resulting damage and costs.

Right of access for a representative authorised by the customer

The customer may grant another person or company the right to use the services in accordance with these Terms of Use, provided that the authorised party accepts the terms and undertakes to comply with them. When the authorisation ends, the customer or the authorised party must notify user support without delay or remove the authorisation themselves.

The company’s rights and responsibilities

Cheap Energy endeavours to keep the services available as continuously as possible, but does not guarantee that the services will operate continuously without errors or interruptions. Cheap Energy has the right to modify the services, restrict their use, or suspend their provision in whole or in part without prior notice.

Processing of personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Cheap Energy’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. By using the services, you accept the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property rights

All copyrights, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the services belong to Cheap Energy or its partners. Content contained in the services may not be copied, distributed, or modified without Cheap Energy’s written consent.

Termination

Cheap Energy may close a user account or block access to the service if the user breaches these terms or acts unlawfully. The user may stop using the services at any time.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiations. If no resolution can be reached by agreement, the matter shall be heard by the competent court in the place where Cheap Energy has its registered office.
